What we collect

The details you give us in the order form: the recipient's first name, your relationship, the occasion, the story and phrases you write, your genre and voice choices, and your email address. Payment details are handled by our payment processor and never touch our servers.

How we use it

To write, produce, and deliver your song, and to email you about your order. Your story is processed by the AI writing and music production services we use to make the song; it is sent to them solely to produce your order. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your story for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep your order and song so you can re-download it and request revisions. Ask us to delete an order and we will remove the brief, the lyrics, and the audio within 30 days.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to songafi@mcw-media.com and we will act within 30 days.

Cookies and measurement

Some cookies are needed to run the checkout and, for our team, the studio dashboard. We also use two measurement tools on this site.

Google Ads tells us when someone who clicked one of our ads went on to order, so we know which adverts are worth paying for. This uses advertising cookies and Google may recognise the same browser across sites.

Microsoft Clarity records how people move through the site: clicks, scrolling, and a replay of the pages visited, so we can find the steps where the order form is confusing. Clarity masks what you type into form fields, so your story, names and email are not captured in the replay. Microsoft acts as our processor for this and their use of the data is governed by the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

Neither tool is used to sell your data. You can block both with any standard browser tracking protection or ad blocker, and the site will work normally.
