Your memories are the raw material of your song, so we treat them with care. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what happens to it.
What we collect
The details you give us in the order form: the recipient's first name, your relationship, the occasion, the story and phrases you write, your genre and voice choices, and your email address. Payment details are handled by our payment processor and never touch our servers.
How we use it
To write, produce, and deliver your song, and to email you about your order. Your story is processed by the AI writing and music production services we use to make the song; it is sent to them solely to produce your order. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your story for marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep your order and song so you can re-download it and request revisions. Ask us to delete an order and we will remove the brief, the lyrics, and the audio within 30 days.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to songafi@mcw-media.com and we will act within 30 days.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to run the checkout and, for our team, the studio dashboard. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking.
