Terms of use
These terms govern your use of Songafi. By submitting a brief you agree to them. Questions first: write to songafi@mcw-media.com.
1. What you are buying
A one-off custom song, written from the details you provide and produced with studio-grade AI composition and vocal technology, delivered as a digital audio file on the page and by email. While Songafi is in preview, songs are free and there is nothing to pay. This is a bespoke digital product, made for you on demand.
2. Ownership and use
Once delivered, the song is yours for personal use forever: play it, share it with family and friends, keep it. There is no expiry, no watermark and no subscription. Commercial exploitation beyond personal use requires our written agreement.
3. Delivery
Production starts the moment your brief is submitted and a finished song normally arrives within a few minutes. Writing and recording are automated, so occasionally a song fails or takes longer. If that happens we run it again and tell you by email. Nothing you wrote is lost.
4. Revisions and refunds
If a detail is wrong, a name lands oddly, or the song does not sound like the person you described, reply to the delivery email and we will write it again at no charge. While songs are free there is nothing to refund. If and when Songafi starts charging, refunds will be handled through this same guarantee rather than a statutory cooling-off period, which does not apply to personalised goods. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
5. Your content
You confirm the details you submit are yours to share and do not infringe anyone's rights. If you supply your own lyrics, you confirm you hold the rights to them. Do not submit content that is unlawful, hateful, or intended to harass. We may decline briefs of that kind.
6. Liability
Songs are generated automatically and are provided as they are. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, which while we are in preview is nothing. We are not liable for indirect losses.
