Terms of use

1. What you are buying

A one-off custom song, written from the details you provide and produced with studio-grade AI composition and vocal technology, delivered as a digital audio file on the page and by email. You pay once, at the price shown at checkout in your own currency, and there is no subscription. Every order includes three revisions, so a detail that is wrong or a delivery you are not happy with is rewritten at no extra charge. This is a bespoke digital product, made for you on demand.

2. Ownership and use

Once delivered, the song is yours for personal use forever: play it, share it with family and friends, keep it. There is no expiry, no watermark and no subscription. Commercial exploitation beyond personal use requires our written agreement.

3. Delivery

Production starts the moment your brief is submitted and a finished song normally arrives within a few minutes. Writing and recording are automated, so occasionally a song fails or takes longer. If that happens we run it again and tell you by email. Nothing you wrote is lost.

4. Revisions and refunds

Hearing your song is free and always will be. You only pay if you decide to unlock and keep the full track, and the price is shown before you pay.

If a detail is wrong, a name lands oddly, or the song does not sound like the person you described, reply to the delivery email and we will write it again at no charge. There is no limit on how many times we will try to get it right.

If we cannot get it right and you are not happy with what you paid for, email songafi@mcw-media.com within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full. We offer this voluntarily: a song written to your brief is a personalised good, so the statutory 14 day cooling-off period does not automatically apply to it. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

5. Your content

You confirm the details you submit are yours to share and do not infringe anyone's rights. If you supply your own lyrics, you confirm you hold the rights to them. Do not submit content that is unlawful, hateful, or intended to harass. We may decline briefs of that kind.

6. Liability

Songs are generated automatically and are provided as they are. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses.
